Why this design works
Almost everything in this design is eucalyptus and olive rather than explicit iconography, and that is deliberate: the same disc serves a christening, a naming day and a baby blessing. The only religious element is a small cross at the bottom of the wreath, low enough that cropping to a smaller circle removes it cleanly if you need a neutral version. The dove is drawn large enough to read as a dove — at half this size it becomes a white smudge, which is the failure mode of every dove motif on a cupcake topper.
What to put in the centre
The blank centre is the point of the design. These are three that work, and why:

Sizes for this occasion
A full name and a date need more horizontal room than "Happy Birthday". If the name is long, set it on two lines rather than shrinking the type — a christening topper that cannot be read from across the table has missed the point.

Cardstock at 250–300gsm for a paper topper on a stick, or an edible icing sheet if it will sit directly on buttercream and be eaten. Edible printing needs a printer dedicated to edible ink — you cannot use one that has had regular ink through it. Print at 100% or "actual size", never "fit to page", which silently shrinks the topper.
Anything to watch when printing this design?
This is a pale design on what is usually white icing, so the outer ring is the only thing defining the edge. Do not crop inside it, and cut just outside the line rather than on it.
