Print downloads and public designs

Print downloads require an account. Free accounts receive two combined single-topper or sheet downloads per calendar day in Europe/London. Failed renders return the allowance. Active Baker members have unlimited daily print downloads, with a 40-per-hour abuse limit. Previews carry watermarks; authorised 300 DPI print files do not. The free community generator allows one successful design per UK day and requires permission to display a moderated preview publicly. Private Baker Studio generations are excluded from the public gallery.

Your uploads and rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, edit, and print any photo, logo, illustration, or artwork you use in CakeyTops. That includes copyright, trademark, and personal image permissions where relevant.

You must not upload private, confidential, unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual material. If an image includes a person, brand, character, artwork, or customer property, you are responsible for having the permission needed to use it.

AI image generation

CakeyTops may offer AI image generation to help create printable cake topper artwork. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the images generated from those prompts, and how you use, edit, print, sell, or share those images.

AI outputs are generated by third-party model providers and may be inaccurate, unsuitable, unexpected, offensive, low quality, or similar to existing protected works. CakeyTops does not guarantee that an AI output is unique, legally protectable, commercially usable, free from third-party rights, or suitable for a particular customer, event, brand, or print process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CakeyTops and Stockulate LTD are not liable for claims, losses, disputes, rejected print jobs, customer complaints, intellectual property issues, moderation decisions, or other consequences arising from your AI prompts, generated images, edits, downloads, prints, sales, or onward use.

Prohibited AI and editor content

You must not use CakeyTops to create, upload, edit, print, sell, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, non-consensual, or infringing.

AI image generation must not be used for pornography, explicit sexual material, sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, realistic sexual deepfakes, violence, illegal conduct, or attempts to bypass provider safety systems. Adult party themes may be acceptable only where they remain non-explicit, lawful, consensual, and suitable for the service.

We may block prompts, reject generations, remove access, withhold allowance, or suspend accounts where we believe use of the service creates legal, safety, payment, provider, or platform risk.

Baker membership and AI allowance

Provider-powered AI image features require an active Baker membership. The membership includes up to 100 AI generations, edits, or expansions in each monthly Stripe billing period. An allowance slot is used when an AI result completes. If an action fails because of a provider or system error, its slot is returned automatically.

The built-in print upscaler uses local resizing and sharpening rather than a paid AI provider. It is available free to signed-in users subject to a daily fair-use limit; failed upscales do not use that limit. If a provider-backed AI upscaler is offered in future, that mode may require Baker membership and use the Baker allowance.

Membership is not a guarantee of any particular creative result. Dissatisfaction with the artistic style, prompt interpretation, composition, spelling, print suitability, or commercial usefulness of a successfully generated image does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Baker renews monthly until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Prices and plan limits may change for future billing periods with any notice required by applicable law. Test or admin access may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

Print and material results

CakeyTops helps prepare print-ready layouts, but final output quality still depends on your source image, printer, edible or non-edible material, colour handling, and print settings. A 300 DPI export improves print readiness, but it does not override poor source images or incompatible materials.

You are responsible for testing print settings, edible inks, paper types, allergens, food-contact suitability, cutting methods, and any customer-specific requirements before relying on an output for a paid order or event.

Tool outputs and guidance

The calculators and written guides are intended as practical planning aids. They are helpful estimates and workflows, not legal, financial, food safety, or regulatory advice. Bakers remain responsible for checking local requirements and validating any business-critical numbers before relying on them commercially.

Availability

Features, routes, and access requirements may change over time. Some tools and guides are available without signing in, while account-based areas such as the editor may require authentication.

AI image generation depends on third-party providers, payment services, moderation systems, internet availability, and account limits. We may change providers, models, pricing, rate limits, access rules, or safety controls without guaranteeing continued availability of any specific AI model or output style.

Limitation of liability

CakeyTops is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockulate LTD excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the site, including lost profit, lost orders, replacement printing, customer refunds, account disputes, data loss, content claims, or reliance on generated or exported outputs.
