Baker · Personalised batches

One design. Every name.

Thirty cupcake toppers for a class, or a customer order where each box needs its own name. Set the design once, paste the list, and let the sheets lay themselves out.

How a batch comes together

Choose one design

A template, a saved project or your own artwork. Whatever you were last working on in the editor is already here, so most orders start at step two.

Paste names or import a CSV

One name per line, or a CSV with name, age, message and quantity. Repeated names are kept — thirty of the same name is a valid order.

Download the print sheets

Every page is laid out at actual size and proofed before you print, with a warning on any name too long for the shape you picked.

Common questions

How many toppers can one order hold?

Up to 50 rows, 200 toppers and 10 pages. Beyond that, split the order — the names stay pasted between runs.

Does this use my AI actions?

No. Batches, matching sets and brand kits use your own artwork and no AI actions at all.

Can I check the names before printing?

Yes, and you should. The proof shows every page exactly as it will print, and flags any row whose text overruns the topper shape.
